We need a hands-on sales leader to drive our business in Taiwan. You will not manage a large internal team; you will personally drive strategy, manage partners, and secure wins. This role requires someone who can work at a very high speed and handle the pressure of aggressive growth targets.
Top Priorities
- Revenue Growth: You must have a proven record of growing revenue in the semiconductor market.
- New Technology Promotion: Ability to evangelize and sell new, cutting-edge technology (Wi-Fi HaLow) to the market.
- Design-In Success: Demonstrated success in securing new design-ins and moving customers from initial interest to mass production.
Key Qualifications
- Integrity & High-Speed Execution: Unwavering ethical standards combined with the resilience to thrive and deliver results in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Proven Revenue Growth: A clear history of growing revenue from zero to mass production, specifically with new technology design-ins.
- Strong Existing Network: You must have an active "Rolodex" of relationships with key Taiwan ODMs, OEMs, and Industrial players. You should not need months to find the right contacts.
- Technical Self-Sufficiency: You must be able to answer first-level technical questions independently to speed up the sales cycle. You cannot rely on HQ for every basic technical inquiry.
- Experience: 6+ / 12+ years in semiconductor sales (BSEE preferred) with deep 802.11 wireless knowledge.
Main Responsibilities
- Direct Sales Execution: Identify and nurture emerging accounts. Hunt for new business in IoT verticals (Access Points, Building Automation, Smart Cities, Cameras, Sensors, etc.).
- Pipeline Management: Focus on building revenue funnels and maintaining rigorous pipeline reviews.
- Channel Management: Drive and manage distributors and manufacturer representatives (REPs) to extend our reach.
- Strategic Planning: Execute a sales plan that meets corporate objectives for market share and profitability.
- Global Collaboration: Work closely with product and marketing teams worldwide (US, Australia, China, Japan, etc.) to align on strategy.
