Job Description

Join the team redefining how the world experiences design.

Hey, g'day, mabuhay, kia ora, 你好, hallo, vítejte!

Thanks for stopping by. We know job hunting can be a little time consuming and you're probably keen to find out what's on offer, so we'll get straight to the point.

Where and how you can work
Our flagship Sydney campus is uniquely Canva - an extension of our Surry Hills neighbourhood. It’s a thoughtfully designed space with plenty of room to collaborate, focus, and connect.

This role is based in Sydney, and we’re looking for someone who calls it home. Our hybrid way of working gives you the flexibility to work remotely, and to come together on campus for meaningful in-person collaboration and connection when it matters most. We trust our Canvanauts to choose the balance that empowers them and their team to achieve their goals.

What you’d be doing in this role

As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve.

At the moment, this role is focused on:

  • Owning and executing the B2B webinar program end-to-end across two audience-specific streams: enterprise-focused thought-leadership webinars (tied to Canva's research reports) and a combined B2B/Ecosystem partner webinar series
  • Running the B2B webinar production pipeline end-to-end: strategy, calendar, scripting/briefs, guest and partner sourcing, and multi-channel promotion to drive product activation and pipeline
  • Managing the partner webinar pipeline in partnership with the Ecosystem team, securing partners (e.g. LinkedIn, HubSpot, Anthropic, Google, Meta) and the internal product/PMM participation each webinar needs
  • Managing relationships with third-party publishers/agencies (e.g. Reuters) on sponsored and co-produced thought-leadership content, including briefing, script oversight and format development
  • Evaluating and managing the syndication/sponsorship model for third-party webinar content to maximise lead quality and cost efficiency
  • Running the "What's New" product webinar series tied to major Canva launch moments, coordinating PMM and product stakeholders
  • Launching and managing LinkedIn Live as a companion channel for webinars, including event pages, gated registration and promotion
  • Managing distribution and repurposing across channels - YouTube and LinkedIn Live - and owning gated-content CTAs and lead-capture mechanics with a focus on AI discoverability
  • Partnering with growth marketing on commercial accountability for the program, including pipeline/MQL attribution, UTM tracking, registration models and budget management
  • Briefing and directing any contingent workers or contractors supporting webinar production

You're probably a match if you

  • Are experienced producing webinars or a similar live/branded content series, ideally in a B2B or enterprise marketing context.
  • Have experience managing partnership or co-marketing relationships (e.g. with an Ecosystem/partnerships team) to secure and coordinate partner-led content.
  • Are comfortable managing third-party publishers or agencies (e.g. sponsored or syndicated content deals) - briefing, negotiating scope, and holding them accountable for quality.
  • Have strong guest/partner sourcing and relationship management skills - comfortable pitching, briefing and managing talent (internal and external).
  • Are comfortable owning production logistics and coordinating with video/creative teams.
  • Possess working knowledge of webinar platforms (e.g. Goldcast, YouTube, LinkedIn Live) and campaign tracking (UTMs, registration/MQL reporting).
  • Are calm under pressure, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent productions and shifting stakeholder schedules.
  • Experience managing or directing contingent workers/contractors is a plus.
