Our flagship campus is in Sydney, Australia, but with many of our Canvanauts calling the Philippines home, our office in Manila is a buzzing place. This role is encouraged to be on a hybrid setup so we've created an environment that truly empowers you to thrive.
What you’d be doing in this role
In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind AI tool enablement at Canva, helping Canvanauts confidently navigate and embrace our growing suite of AI platforms. You’ll play a hands-on role in supporting internal tools like ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini and Glean — blending technical know-how with user-focused problem-solving. Whether it’s resolving issues, streamlining processes, or shaping new solutions, you’ll be at the heart of empowering teams to get the right AI support, at the right time, in the right way.
At the moment, this role is focused on:
- Administering and supporting Canva’s internal AI platforms like ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gemini, and Glean
- Providing day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting user issues across AI tools
- Collaborating with security, privacy, legal, and learning teams to support responsible AI enablement
- Monitoring tool usage and gathering feedback to inform improvements and share successful use cases
- Supporting the design and implementation of automation and AI-driven solutions
- Helping identify user requirements and contributing to solution development projects
- Staying updated on product features, evaluating use, and proposing enhancements
- Maintaining clear, user-friendly documentation to enable self-service and boost adoption

About the team
The Internal AI Solutions team sits within the Technology Experience group in our IT Supergroup. Our mission is to enable every Canvanaut to harness the full potential of AI tools, and we do this by supporting and evolving our internal AI assistant platforms like Glean, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude and Gemini. It’s a highly collaborative and rapidly growing team where every day presents opportunities to shape how AI is adopted across Canva.
