Authsignal is an industry leader specializing in customer identity and authentication. We help enterprise and mid-market businesses rapidly deploy optimized customer flows that enable a flexible, risk-based approach to authentication — including passkeys, passwordless authentication, identity verification, and biometric authentication.

Over the past year, we experienced exceptional growth and success. In 2026, we are expanding our sales team to support Authsignal's continued momentum. This is a ground-floor opportunity to join an exciting, innovative company at an early stage.

The Opportunity

This is a pure outbound new business role — no account management, no inherited pipeline, no safety net.

You'll be selling into organizations that have never heard of Authsignal, educating the market, opening doors, and converting early conviction into long-term customers. In doing so, you'll play a direct role in shaping our North American revenue engine and go-to-market strategy.

The Role

Based in the greater DFW area, this is 90%+ outbound. You'll own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close, with the majority of your pipeline self-generated through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and whatever else you can leverage. The occasional warm inbound lead will come your way — but your success will be built on your ability to hunt.

You're someone who genuinely enjoys the grind: networking, reaching out, picking up the phone, and turning cold prospects into real opportunities. Every no is a step closer to a yes, and you wouldn't have it any other way.

This role demands a high level of initiative and resilience. You're comfortable with ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and don't need a playbook to get moving. You'll attend local and national events with a moderate level of travel, and you'll be measured on one thing: growing Authsignal's business in North America.

What You'll Do

  • Play a key role in the sales team and report to the VP of Revenue and Growth.
  • Be a foundation hire for North America, leveraging existing customers and success to increase market visibility across Texas and the broader US.
  • Prospect and engage new leads weekly to build a consistent pipeline through cold calling, LinkedIn, and partner and industry relationships.
  • Manage a high volume of outbound activity while maintaining a strong presence at local meetups, industry events, and with key partners to build brand awareness.
  • Manage a CRM pipeline in HubSpot, track activity, and achieve quarterly quota targets — including closing assigned inbound leads from time to time.
  • Attend local and national trade shows and conferences.
  • Become a subject matter expert and evangelist of the Authsignal platform, developing in-depth knowledge of industry standards, terminology, and use cases.
  • Interface with key decision-makers and senior leaders to uncover pain points and deliver compelling, tailored presentations.
  • Play a key role in shaping our product roadmap by communicating customer requirements to the product and engineering teams.

Who You Are

  • Comfortable having conversations at a senior or C-level.
  • Confident working with mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
  • Existing relationships in the Texas fintech, banking, payments, fraud, or identity ecosystem are a major advantage.
  • Able to travel 15–30% for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.
  • Experienced managing 3–12 month sales cycles and comfortable closing 5- to 6-figure deals.
  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS sales, business development, and/or strategic partnerships with financial institutions.
  • Background in payments, cybersecurity, customer identity, or authentication is highly valuable.
  • Strong understanding of modern lead generation concepts and methods.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • Highly motivated, able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, and take full ownership of the role.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Benefits

  • Base salary + uncapped commission
  • Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401k)
  • Based in Dallas-Fort Worth (hybrid, you must live in or relocate to the DFW area)
  • A ground-floor opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative technology company selling into global markets
