This role is responsible for connecting business, team, and user goals through the delivery of product features and initiatives.

Key functions include:

• Connecting developers in the engineering team to the work to be done, from discovery through to refinement and delivery
• Using data to inform decision making - both quantitative and qualitative, to ensure there is focus on the things that matter the most
• Metrics-driven to ensure that there are clear, tangible outcomes from the work being done.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders - creating alignment between business units and enabling teams through product deliverables.
• Process driven - is able to implement and deliver processes within the team to create efficiency, visibility and alignment
• Pragmatic prioritization - is able to effectively balance the capability and capacity of the team to deliver product outcomes
• Clear communication - the ability to distil ideas and socialise work within a remote-first environment
