Are you Tracksuits new Senior Product Designer
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our Survey team; the team behind the tools and systems that keep Tracksuit’s brand tracking engine running at scale!
In this role, you’ll design the end-to-end survey experience from the internal tools used to script and deploy surveys, the systems that ensure we’re reaching the right people, to the experiences that make completing surveys feel simple and engaging.
You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and research specialists to design systems that are deeply connected to data quality, operational scale, and user trust. Whether you’re building workflow tools for internal teams or shaping how we collect respondent data across different regions and audiences, your work will sit at the heart of how Tracksuit delivers insights to the world’s best brands.
As our Senior Product Designer you will be responsible for:
- Designing internal tools that streamline operations: Lead the design of internal platforms for Survey Operations and Insights teams making it faster and easier to create, edit, and deploy surveys. Champion workflows that maintain the integrity of our survey data, from category setup to question scripting and logic validation. Simplify complex systems into intuitive, reliable interfaces that help teams move with speed and confidence.
- Crafting excellent respondent experiences: Design accessible and engaging interfaces for survey respondents across devices and demographics. We currently survey close to 100,000 people per month. Use UX best practices and experimentation to improve respondent experience and drive higher completion rates. Consider tone, flow, and microinteractions that encourage thoughtful, high-quality responses.
- Supporting data quality at scale: Create systems that help us reach the right audiences with the right content. Contribute to tools and workflows that reduce manual error.
- Leveraging AI and automation thoughtfully: Identify opportunities to integrate AI into our survey workflows. Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to ensure AI-powered features are helpful, explainable, and trusted.
That’s the role, so who are you?
- You’re an experienced senior designer (5+ years) with a portfolio showing complex internal tools or platform design.
- You will have experience & a passion for discovery & user research. You love talking to people & learning what their pain points are and how they work. You get a thrill out of asking the right questions in discovery
- You’re a systems thinker who loves mapping intricate workflows and making them usable and elegant.
- You balance scale and craft capable of moving fast while building design with long-term maintainability in mind.
- You bring structure to ambiguity, able to clarify fuzzy problems, design with constraints, and work cross-functionally with focus and empathy.
- You’re operationally curious, excited to understand how internal teams work and design tools that enhance confidence and efficiency.
- You understand why good branding is critical to a business’ success and why it’s important to track, i.e. why Tracksuit exists!)
