Tracksuit is on a mission to make brand tracking beautifully simple, affordable, and always-on — partnering with some of the world’s most impressive brands to bring clarity and ease to brand measurement.
We’re looking for an ambitious, strategic, and hands-on Partner Marketing Manager to scale our global partner marketing program 🚀. With over 1,000 agency, media, performance, and brand partners already in our ecosystem, you’ll own the global partner marketing strategy — driving acquisition, activation, and engagement, and delivering campaigns and programs that fuel growth for both Tracksuit and our partners. Through scalable programs and standout campaigns, you’ll turn partnerships into a source of advocacy, credibility, and demand while helping partners win more business and prove their value.
Based in New York with a global remit, you’ll join our 20-person marketing team and work closely with Marketing, Partnerships, and GTM leaders. This is a high-impact role for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, with a proven track record of transforming partner programs into scalable growth channels for B2B SaaS businesses.
As our Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll report to our Brand Lead and be responsible for:
- Owning and delivering the global partner marketing strategy - building scalable programs and campaigns that drive agency acquisition, activation, engagement, and advocacy.
- Designing and executing co-marketing campaigns with agency and strategic partners, spanning content, thought leadership, social, email, and events.
- Creating lifecycle and enablement programs, from onboarding to referrals, that equip partners with the tools, collateral, and training they need to win more business and prove their value.
- Collaborating closely with partnerships, sales, product and growth marketing, and GTM teams to embed partner voices into Tracksuit’s broader business strategy.
- Leveraging Tracksuit data and analytics to identify stories, demonstrate impact, measure performance, and continuously optimise programs for scale and ROI.
- Managing budgets and resources for maximum efficiency and impact, ensuring every initiative ladders back to marketing and company goals.
- Acting as a senior marketing presence across teams - influencing stakeholders, championing innovation, and making high-impact decisions that accelerate both Tracksuit’s growth and partner success.
Why we think you’ll love working at Tracksuit:
- Tracksuit is one of Australasia’s fastest-growing startups — and at just under 4 years old, we’re already partnering with 800+ amazing brands across the US, UK, AU and NZ including MyFitnessPal, Steve Madden, Bondi Sands, Athletic Brewing and many more.
- We’re building the common language for brand — and we’re doing it with a globally distributed, tight-knit, and ambitious team. We’re all about transparency, trust, learning, and building something we’re proud of.
- 🐾 FYI - We’re pet-friendly in principle and practice — with the occasional four-legged visitor adding to the charm, not the chaos.
- You’ll join a passionate team on a rocket ship growth journey, with opportunities to shape the future of our product, company and culture. You’ll get competitive pay, meaningful equity, generous leave, flexible working and a genuinely supportive, fun team to do your best work with.
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- 3–5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including hands-on experience in partner or channel marketing
- You're thoughtful, kind and empathetic - collaborative and love learning new things
- A track record of designing and executing co-marketing initiatives that deliver measurable impact
- Experience building scalable programs with third parties across acquisition, activation, engagement, and advocacy
- Strong knowledge of agency business models and what drives their growth and success
- A balance of strategic vision and tactical execution — you’re as comfortable mapping strategy as you are writing copy, pulling reports, or fine-tuning campaign details
- The ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, making confident, high-impact decisions
- An analytical mindset with experience measuring performance, optimising campaigns, and tying brand outcomes to business results
- Bonus points for experience with partner program management tools, event marketing, or AI-driven workflows.
