About The Role

Responsibilities
Operational Establishment and Team Leadership
- Setup and validate various processes to enable operations of LEM technology within our new facility
- Establish and manage the on-site cleanroom laboratory
- Manage an interdisciplinary on-site team, setting clear expectations of deliverables and driving results toward company milestones
- Mentor junior engineers, lab assistants, and students
- Work closely with cross-functional and international team members including materials scientists, chemists, and engineers to build to a fully integrated final product
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling presentations tailored for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Act as a subject matter expert during live demonstrations of our LEM technology to external stakeholders and customers
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to align on demonstrations that highlight the value of our technology
- Provide technical leadership for new product development and technical roadmap
- Develop, plan, and execute process engineering projects, including leading R&D efforts of new technologies
- Generate internal and external documentation including technical reports and process engineering specifications
- Investigate root causes of defects, variability, and substandard quality
- Drive QA/QC methodologies and process optimization initiatives
- Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in technology development, preferably within advanced packaging of semiconductors
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technology processes into clear, concise messages for non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in process development, QA/QC methodologies, and root cause analysis
- Experience working within a cleanroom environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing interdisciplinary technical teams
- Ph.D. in a relevant engineering or science discipline
- Experience contributing to technical roadmaps and integrated product development
- Experience supporting customer demonstrations or investor presentations
- Experience working in high-growth or startup environments
