About the role

As Sonder’s GTM Enablement Manager, you’ll step into a newly created role designed to strengthen and scale our go-to-market motion. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations (with a dotted line to the CRO), you’ll have the opportunity to shape the enablement function, designing and delivering programs that empower our Sales and Customer Success teams to consistently communicate the value of Sonder’s safety, wellbeing, and employee support platform. This is both a strategic and hands-on position, blending content creation, training, and cross-functional collaboration to drive performance, confidence, and consistency across our commercial teams.


What you’ll be doing

  • Designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training programs for Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Building repeatable, value-based sales and customer success collateral, including playbooks, decks, and ROI tools.
  • Translating complex health and wellbeing solutions into clear, compelling narratives tailored to diverse buyer personas.
  • Creating role-specific certifications and learning paths to enhance performance and consultative selling skills.
  • Developing frameworks to support CSMs with customer onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal workflows.
  • Leveraging GTM tools (HubSpot, Gong) to track and optimise enablement content effectiveness.
  • Establishing KPIs that link enablement initiatives to revenue outcomes and customer success metrics.
  • Acting as a bridge between GTM teams and Product to ensure continuous alignment and market relevance.

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate has a growth mindset and is passionate, self-motivated, and takes pride in producing high-quality work every day. Above all else, you - the ideal candidate - will embody the Sonder values and love working in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace.

What you bring to the team;

  • 5–8 years in Revenue Enablement, Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing within SaaS, ideally healthtech or B2B enterprise.
  • Proven experience creating scalable enablement programs for hybrid or remote teams.
  • Expertise with modern GTM stacks (HubSpot, Gong) and familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Strong storytelling and instructional design skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly to change, and make decisions with incomplete information.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills across sales, marketing, product, and operations.
  • High level of ownership, initiative, and results orientation with a focus on delivering measurable impact.
