About the role

Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you’ll own the product lifecycle for our customer reporting. Working closely with Customer Success, Design and Insights & Analytics teams to deliver meaningful insights to our customers and own the long term strategy.

What you’ll be doing

• Build a roadmap and product backlog for your team in line with the strategic goals and objectives of the Product team and business stakeholders.
• Maintain the longer term product backlog, collating suggestions and initiating research
• Write clear user stories at both functional level and theme level.
• Measure and monitor the impact of product performance through data and user feedback.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders throughout the product development process and manage expectations. Ensure risks and issues are understood and managed effectively.
