JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will own our core business operations and execution for Pipeline Generation/Growth working and collaboration closely with the GTM team, cross functional teams, and Sales leadership across our prospects and customers to identify opportunities, optimize funnels, and drive measurable results.

The ideal candidate is analytical, results-oriented, and passionate about experimentation, with deep expertise in growth strategies and data-driven decision-making.

RESPONISIBILITIES:

Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy focused on pipeline creation, acceleration, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Define clear messaging and positioning to support scalable and sustainable growth.

Experimentation

  • Design, implement, and analyze experiments across channels (email, social, paid, SEO, outbound) to identify high-impact growth levers.
  • Foster a test-and-learn culture to continuously refine campaign performance.

Funnel Optimization

  • Analyze and optimize marketing and sales funnels to improve conversion and retention at every stage.
  • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance customer journeys.

Data & Insights

  • Track and report on key growth metrics to guide strategy and investment decisions.
  • Leverage internal data and build external data sets to strengthen intelligence and targeting.

Market Intelligence

  • Synthesize market research and field insights to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Translate insights into actionable growth strategies and campaign adjustments.

Collaboration

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives.
  • Ensure cohesive execution across departments to maximize overall impact.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years work experience in Growth Marketing or Growth Strategy within a SaaS or B2B organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and apply insights to drive growth decisions.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer acquisition, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience designing and executing multichannel marketing campaigns (email, paid, SEO, outbound, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management abilities with proven success managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Clay, Ocean.io, or other emerging growth technologies.
  • Working knowledge of data enrichment tools and external datasets for growth signals.
  • Familiarity with both enterprise and product-led sales motions.
  • Experience in customer journey mapping and outbound program design.
  • High degree of intellectual curiosity, creativity, and comfort with ambiguity.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have a valid US work visa upon hire to be considered for this position.
  • You will be required to comply with the company policy on hybrid and remote work. This position requires at least 3 days in the San Francisco workspace.
  • Must have reliable internet connection and an at home workstation setup.
