Description

Skedulo is hiring a Junior Technical Support Engineer in our Vietnam office, working in Vietnam timezone, that will work closely with our Engineering, Product, DevOps and Customer Success Teams globally.

Key objectives and responsibilities will be as following:

Responsibilities

  • Providing first-level contact and problem resolution for customers with Salesforce and application problems.
  • Demonstrate efficient work practices to ensure objectives and service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Assisting in the troubleshooting of software issues.
  • Working on various application customisation projects using Javascript and Salesforce. development techniques. Ideally the ability to debug and troubleshoot problems in Salesforce code.
  • Resolution of issues for clients, provide liaison between clients, customer success team and engineering.
  • Opportunities to work on core product development, integration development and customer success development projects.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 1+ years previous experience as a Junior Technical Support Engineer in a complex environment.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Great communication skills are a must.
  • A strong teamwork ethic is essential.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce Administration and a solid understanding of Salesforce Development.
  • A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a high paced environment.
  • Ability to multi-tasks between different support channels and issues
  • Enjoy problem solving while learning, developing and applying new skills along the way.
  • Working knowledge of the Atlassian suite, JIRA, Confluence and any other Technical Support Platform.

Additional Qualifications

  • This position may require no more than 20% travel from time to time as set forth by the Company.
  • Must be authorized to work in the country where this position is based without the need for visa sponsorship at time of application.
  • Must have reliable internet connection and an at home workstation setup. (For remote positions)
