👋 Thanks for stopping by and learning more about this role at Sitemate! ✨🏗️
We’d love to hear from you 🙂 👩💻👩🏽💻🧑🏿💻👨🏻💻
Brief overview of this role at Sitemate:
We are looking for our first Field Marketing Manager, a new role at Sitemate. While we’ve seen fantastic results from our inbound funnel, we recognise the value of building trust and generating leads through events and strategic partnerships.

Your work will result in tangible outcomes, building trust with prospects and creating a steady flow of leads and opportunities.
Sitemate is headquartered and has its largest office and GTM presence in Sydney, and we strong word-of-mouth and a well know brand in Sydney / Australia overall, with many projects / sites / companies having used our software/apps before, so the flywheel is already spinning and we want to take advantage of that by getting out to in-person events and meeting our prospects where they are.
This is an exciting chance to join our growing team, work closely with GTM leadership, and contribute to shaping a key function at Sitemate. Over the next few years, this role will provide ample opportunities for growth and career development in a fast-scaling SaaS environment.

- You will have a core and close team around you, but you will also be exposed to and working directly with multiple departments - engineering, product, design, marketing, sales and customer success.
- You will have a high degree of autonomy, as the focus is on outcomes and not hours. If you want to block off a few hours to run a personal errand - no worries. If you want to block off an hour to pick up the kids from school - no worries. No one will be monitoring your time.
- We are constantly working to minimise the number of group meetings - daily check ins are all done asynchronously (in your own time) each morning. But spontaneous 1:1s or small sessions are strongly encouraged!
