The mission for this role

We’re hiring a Developer Experience & Technical Growth Lead to drive how we show up to the world; technically, credibly, and through brand.

This is a hybrid role at the intersection of developer experience, product marketing, and sales enablement. Your job is to make Sahha’s platform irresistible: to developers, product teams, founders, and health innovators.

You'll own how Sahha feels to use, how it’s explained, how it’s positioned and play a major part in how it sells.


What You’ll Own

1. Deliver Exceptional Developer Experience

  • Collaborate with engineering to improve SDK onboarding, documentation, and tooling.
  • Reduce friction to first value (e.g., first API call, first embedded score, UX journeys etc).
  • Capture and address developer pain points with speed and empathy.

2. Be a Thought Leader in Behavioral Health Data

  • Translate our science (psychometrics, personalization models, behavioral scores) into accessible, compelling content.
  • Collaborate with advisors and R&D to publish educational threads, whitepapers, and walkthroughs.
  • You’ll join us on the occasional international mission to conferences and events in the EU, US, MENA, AU and more.

3. Support the Outbound Sales Strategy

  • Build crisp integration maps, technical one-pagers, and visual explainers for our sales team.
  • We have an in-house designer you will be able to work alongside.
  • Help close deals by reducing time-to-understanding / time-to-value for technical buyers.

4. Create Inbound Gravity

  • Write developer-first and scientific content that attracts interest and trial.
  • Run Sahha’s LinkedIn, X/Twitter channels and email marketing campaigns with a consistent drumbeat of product updates, stories, and community highlights.
  • Publish tutorials, sample apps, code walkthroughs, and mini case studies.

5. Maintain Mid-Funnel Momentum

  • Keep prospects warm with nurture flows: changelogs, roadmap previews, Loom demos, and scientific explainers.
  • Own the monthly or biweekly product update email a key channel for sales, partners, and developers.

Who You Are

  • Ideally, you’re a confident technical storyteller: comfortable writing about APIs, SDKs, UX flows, and health science.
  • You’ve worked in a growth, DevRel, product marketing, or DX role; ideally in an API-first or healthtech company. This is not essential, but a huge bonus!
  • You’re highly autonomous, energetic, and creative - you don’t wait for instructions, you make the comms engine run.
  • You can build content that makes users go “ahhh, I get it now.”
  • Bonus if you’ve worked in or around: behavioral health, personalization, biofeedback, or quantified self apps.

Example Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and send product update emails that support GTM momentum.
  • Maintain a lightweight content calendar across social and blog.
  • Write and post threads that explain Sahha’s platform in plain language.
  • Build and maintain quickstart templates, demo apps, and boilerplate repos.
  • Create reusable GTM assets for sales: one-pagers, Looms, Figma walkthroughs.
  • Help with docs and SDK onboarding flows - especially reducing setup time.
