How you will spend your time
Own and build a scalable enablement function aligned to SC Care’s strategic priorities and broader insurance investment
Define and drive the enablement roadmap, translating strategy into structured, executable programs across sales, operations and customer-facing teams
Establish clear playbooks and processes that improve execution consistency and commercial alignment
Improve operational clarity through structured risk mitigation, client enablement and platform adoption initiatives
Drive focus areas including lowering claims, improving platform user behaviours, increasing retention and strengthening underwriting confidence
Align onboarding, platform enablement and continued usage to embed best-practice risk management behaviours
Turn proprietary data into practical, field-ready guidance that improves decision-making, risk selection and retention outcomes
Partner cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales and operations while leading and developing a small enablement team
About you
- Proven experience building and scaling an enablement function across sales, operations and customer-facing teams
- Demonstrated success translating strategy into clear, actionable playbooks and processes that drive consistent execution
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to operate at both strategic and practical levels
- Experience improving operational clarity through risk mitigation, client enablement and platform adoption initiatives
- A track record of establishing feedback loops that inform continuous improvement and leadership decision-making
- Confident cross-functional operator, comfortable partnering with marketing, product, sales and operations
