What will I be doing?
- As a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders across GTM and internal operations. Leveraging your effective stakeholder management skills, you’ll consult with leaders to provide a best-in-class recruitment service, using the latest sourcing and passive pipeline management techniques, whilst providing a memorable candidate experience.
What do I need?
- About you? 3 + years demonstrated recruitment experience in agency and an internal environment (GTM Hiring experience desirable)
- A deep understanding of the end-to-end recruitment cycle, with the ability to apply your expertise flexibly and proactively
- Proven ability to learn new technologies, and achieve outcomes
- Proven capacity to develop and maintain successful stakeholder relationships
- Outstanding written and verbal communication and attention to detail
- A passion for high-growth tech startups and a desire to be part of a scale-up journey
- Problem-solving abilities that help you overcome challenges and deliver solutions.
