Your Mission

As a People Operations Analyst, you will be the operational backbone of our People function globally. You will ensure that our HR data, systems, and processes are accurate, scalable, and easy to use — creating a single source of truth that the business can rely on.

Beyond day-to-day execution, you will take ownership of identifying gaps, building clear processes and documentation, and continuously improving how People operations run. Your work will enable the People team, managers, and employees to focus on what matters most, by making people operations seamless, reliable, and well-documented.

You are highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously. You enjoy bringing order to complexity, turning informal knowledge into clear guidance, and improving systems so questions only need to be answered once. You thrive in a collaborative, people-focused environment and take pride in building strong operational foundations that scale with the business.

Responsibilities

HR Systems & Data Management
  • Own and administer our HRIS (HiBob) — managing data accuracy, user permissions, and day-to-day requests ensuring consistency and completeness across all employee records.
  • Act as the single source of truth for people and administrative data, proactively identifying gaps, duplicates, or inconsistencies.
  • Run regular audits to ensure data integrity, compliance and alignment with company and regional standards.
  • Partner with IT and finance to optimize and improve system integrations, automation, and increase overall system efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS issues; respond to employee and manager questions promptly and with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, or automate People team processes.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
  • Maintain accurate, compliant employee and HR records.
  • Partner with the Employee Experience team to translate ‘tribal knowledge’ and informal practices into structured how-to guides, SOPs, and internal knowledge articles (i.e. onboarding, benefits, leave management).
  • Build and maintain a logical filing and documentation structure for the People team and employee records.
  • Own and maintain People team knowledge spaces (i.e.Coda) ensuring content is accurate, accessible and up to date.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build, maintain and improve recurring People reports (headcount, turnover, etc.)
  • Provide ad hoc reporting and data insights to support leadership decision-making and People team initiatives.
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure people data is consistent and reliable across systems.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement
  • Support HR compliance initiatives, including document retention, mandatory trainings, and local employment requirements.
  • Partner with the People team to review and improve operational processes as the organization grows.
  • Stay informed on regional best practices and regulatory changes, flagging risks or improvement opportunities.
  • Proactively recommend operational improvements to support scalability, efficiency, and employee experience.
Internal Communication & Employee Experience
  • Partner collaboratively with the Employee Experience Team to support People communications (updates, newsletters) to improve clarity and transparency.
  • Support onboarding logistics and first-day experiences for new hires in your region (e.g., equipment, scheduling).
  • Partner with the Employee Experience team to support engagement initiatives , events, and local programs.

Your Skills

  • 2–3+ years of experience in HR operations, HR admin, or a similar People-focused role.
  • Strong understanding of Brazilian employment legislation and HR compliance, including CLT, labor reforms, and statutory benefits.
  • Proven ability to create structure where none exists– you don’t just maintain systems, you improve them.
  • High proficiency with HRIS systems (like BambooHR, HiBob, or Workday), with strong focus on data hygiene and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with data — building reports, auditing information, and identifying trends or issues.
  • Experience mapping workflows and processes, including gathering input from stakeholders and formalizing best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; you value clarity, consistency and reliability.
  • Great communication skills and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you don’t just notice what needs to be done, you take the initiative to do it. You identify gaps, propose solutions, and follow through.
