Your Mission
- Own product release readiness by working closely with the Release Coordinator and Brand to ensure marketing is prepared to launch as soon as products are ready.
- Refine Propeller’s product/feature messaging & positioning by collaborating with your squad and Brand to develop compelling value props, ensuring alignment with buyer personas and the broader brand narrative.
- Drive product awareness & demand by leading GTM execution with campaigns across email, social, paid ads, blogs, and more, in partnership with Brand and Demand Gen teams.
- Ensure seamless launch communications across Propeller by working with Product, Engineering, and the Release Coordinator to highlight key updates and benefits in customer lifecycle messaging.
- Adapt to shifting release timelines, ensuring marketing assets and messaging are flexible and ready to deploy when needed.
- Expand reach across marketing channels by collaborating with GTM and regional teams to extend awareness through events, community initiatives, and additional touchpoints.
- Optimise post-launch engagement and drive continued awareness by tracking key metrics (engagement, conversion, adoption) and leveraging data to iterate messaging based on user feedback.
Your Skills
- Experience ideating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, social, website, events, email, in app messaging, etc)
- Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to keep up with industry trends
- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams ( sales, product, engineering)
- Strong analytical skills to measure and track marketing performance using key metrics (e.g., website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates)
- Proven ability to quickly understand complex issues, and make difficult things easy to understand for others.
