Your Mission
- You have a track record of strong prospecting and landing of net new business while balancing this with expansion of current accounts.
- You’ll have excelled in a sales role ideally in another SaaS or Construction Tech company with a strong history of quota attainment.
- You’re eager to join Propeller at an exciting time of growth and contribute directly to the growth of our revenue and the business.
- You have a growth mindset and approach sales with a learning mentality. You learn new methodologies, adopt new sales tools and adjust to your market and customers.
Your Skills
- You’ll have two plus years experience in a full sales cycle role, ideally within Construction tech or other relevant SaaS products.
- You’ll be strong in new logo acquisition and showcase a successful track record of this in previous roles.
- You have strong communication skills and can effectively articulate Propeller’s value proposition.
- You’re a self starter with the ability to collaborate effectively, but work independently.
- You’re great at building and nurturing customer relationships. You’re able to build trust, empathize with them and deliver on your promise.
- Experience in one or more of our customer industries - construction, mining, aggregate and waste management.
- Experience with surveying or GPS/Drone Software.

The salary range offered for this role is $125,000 -$145,000 OTE. This range is tied to the market for this job in Colorado. Any salary offer extended will be based on skills, knowledge and experience.
