Your Mission
Propeller is experiencing high growth across all markets. Your mission is to grow and retain accounts in and around the DACH region. Reporting up under the Sales team, you’ll work closely with customer success engineers and sales to help renew existing customers, broaden their use of Propeller’s suite of products in and around the DACH region, and manage relationships with key channel partners (dealers). In collaboration with customer success, you grow the value of our existing accounts in this region. You’ll be instrumental in maturing Propeller’s Account Management function by identifying and implementing scalable processes and standards for customer renewals and channel partner engagement.
- Manage an annual quota and hit or exceed growth and churn targets.
- Proactively grow the value of 150+ accounts, with a focus on Germany.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with hardware and software customers, as well as channel partners (dealers), in partnership with the local Account Executive.
- Drive renewal sales & expansions and prevent churn.
- Negotiate customer contract terms in partnership with our network of dealers and be able to successfully demonstrate value and ROI.
- Educate customers and dealers about any pricing changes to our core platform and any new products available for purchase.
- Understand each customer's needs and desired outcomes in order to align them with real, effective solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across a range of customer types and sizes.
- Manage low ARR churn across your portfolio of accounts.

Your Skills
- 1-2 years in B2B account management or tech sales, with a proven track record of meeting quotas, preventing churn, growing accounts, and driving upsells and expansions.
- You are a fluent German and English speaker.
- You excel at showcasing product value in relatable terms, communicating confidently, and negotiating effectively. Handling tough conversation, overcoming objections and re-educating customers comes naturally to you.
Bonus points for
- Experience working with channel partners.
- Experience working for a SaaS company.
- Knowledge or experience in:
- UAVs and visualization platforms.
- Remote pilot license.
