🚀 Our story
Partly's mission is to connect the world's parts and we're doing that by building the first global platform for replacement parts, starting with auto parts. Our big vision is to accelerate the world towards a sustainable future where waste is eliminated and all replacement parts are universally searchable, accessible and available to all.
Founded by ex-Rocket Lab engineers, we utilise bleeding-edge technology to solve challenging but exciting problems that make a huge impact in a $1.9 trillion industry. We've more than tripled our team over the last 12 months and expect to double in size again over the coming 12 months. We're a global team spanning both Europe and Australasia.
We provide a scalable digital infrastructure solution to some of the world's largest businesses and the most exciting startups. Partly's solutions are integrated across hundreds of companies globally, providing the backbone for cataloguing and managing parts online.
Our investors in Blackbird Ventures (Canva, CultureAmp etc.), Square Peg, Octopus Ventures, Icehouse, Peter Beck (Rocket Lab), Akshay Kothari (Notion Co-Founder) and Dylan Field (Figma Co-Founder).
We're continuing to build a world-class team and ensuring Partly is a place where people can do the best work of their lives. We're proud of the culture we've built at Partly, and our values are lived throughout every experience.
🖍️ This role
In this role, you will own one or more of Partly’s core products end-to-end. You are the single accountable product lead - responsible for product vision, Product–Market Fit, outcomes, and day-to-day product leadership.
You will work at the intersection of customers, GTM, analytics, and engineering, acting as a “mini-CEO” for your product(s). Your focus is not just shipping features, but ensuring the product delivers durable customer and business value as Partly scales across markets and segments.
💻 What will you do
Own one or more products end-to-end, from problem discovery through delivery, adoption, and outcomes.
Define and evolve the product vision, strategy, and roadmap to align with the company and product strategy.
Continuously assess, establish, and improve Product–Market Fit across relevant markets and segments.
Deeply understand customers, users, buyers, and their workflows; translate insights into clear product decisions.
Own key product and Product-Led Growth metrics (e.g. activation, adoption, retention, expansion) and use them to steer prioritisation.
Define product success metrics, build and maintain dashboards, and work hands-on with analytics to inform decisions.
Partner closely with engineering leads to balance discovery, delivery, and technical sustainability.
Lead outcome-oriented backlog prioritisation and ensure execution is tied to customer and business impact.
Collaborate closely with GTM, marketing, operations, support, and data to align product direction and execution.
Communicate priorities, trade-offs, risks, and learnings clearly to stakeholders.
Contribute beyond your own product by supporting cross-product coherence and raising the overall product bar at Partly.
🥷 Your skills
5+ years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a closely related role, owning products end-to-end.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability; comfortable serving as the sole owner of product decisions and outcomes.
Proven ability to assess and improve Product–Market Fit across customers, markets, or segments.
Deep customer and buyer empathy, with a track record of making evidence-based product decisions.
Strong analytical skills; experience defining product metrics, building dashboards, and working directly with data.
Solid product craft: problem framing, discovery, prioritisation, and clear decision-making.
Sufficient technical depth to work credibly with engineers, including building rapid prototypes, scripting, or basic automation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to align and influence diverse stakeholders.
Ability to think systemically and contribute beyond the boundaries of a single product.
Bonus
Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, or product-led growth environments.
Experience with complex domains such as automotive, logistics, or supply chains.
Experience working across multiple markets or customer segments.
Please note: if you don't have all the skills/experience listed above but believe you could be outstanding in this role, please still consider applying. Many folks often count themselves out. Please allow us to learn more about you and why you're exceptional!
