As our second product designer, you’ll obsess over the craft and quality of the NextWork product experience - UI, interaction, motion, and content presentation - working in a tight feedback loop with our Designer #1 and founder. Welcome to NextWork, the company changing the way the world learns. As our second product designer, you're stepping into a high-craft, high-trust and high-ownership role in a team of seven. Learners spend hours on NextWork every day, and this role will be obsessive about the quality of that experience. We're a close-knit team that values collaboration, transparency and low ego. What you'll do:- Champion and ship sharp product and visual decisions across UI, interaction, motion, and content presentation.- Bring motion and delight into the product experience (architecture diagrams, animations, micro-interactions, learning widgets).- Collaborate daily with our Designer #1 and founder in a tight feedback loop—align on what “great” looks like, then ship it.- Ship your work with engineering, and care about learner feedback once it’s out.- Spend time with our learners—they're using your work every day.
