What you'll do
Customer success
Ensure that advisers using Marloo are set up for success and experience delight when they use the product. Troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and make sure every interaction leaves them feeling supported.
Operations
Keep the machine running. Invoicing, onboarding workflows, internal processes – you'll spot what's broken and fix it.
Customer insights
Surface patterns from support conversations to the product team. Your observations will directly shape what we build.
General pitching in
We're building a team of highly empowered doers. Everyone pitches in on the random tasks that pop up along the way.
