Leonardo.Ai is reimagining creativity through generative AI. We’re looking for a Lead Copywriter, Generative Content who can craft ideas, stories, and scripts that come alive through AI driven media.
This isn’t a traditional copywriting role. You’ll write for a new creative era, where words shape not only ideas but also visuals, sound, and motion. You’ll partner with art directors, motion designers, and researchers to develop narratives that blend human creativity with generative tools, producing work that moves people and pushes culture forward.
What you’ll do
Concept and write across campaigns, product launches, films, and social content
Develop narratives and scripts optimized for generative AI production (image, video, sound, voice)
Collaborate with art directors and multimedia creators to translate scripts into multi-sensory content
Write prompts, dialogues, and story structures that leverage AI capabilities
Contribute to brand voice, storytelling frameworks, and tone guidelines for Leonardo.Ai
Partner with Creative Labs leadership to explore new storytelling formats and experimental media
Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative reviews to help shape the next generation of AI storytelling
What we’re looking for
6+ years of experience as a copywriter, scriptwriter, or creative strategist in brand, media, or content
A portfolio that shows strong storytelling, conceptual thinking, and emotional range
Experience writing across mediums: film, digital, audio, and social
Understanding of creative production workflows from idea to execution
Familiarity with generative AI tools for writing, video, image, or sound
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to clearly express creative intent
Curiosity and drive to explore how language can shape visual and auditory experiences through AI
Bonus if you have
Experience writing prompts or scripts for generative AI or virtual production tools
Background in creative direction, advertising, or branded content
Experience developing tone-of-voice systems for modern tech or creative brands
Passion for technology, culture, and the intersection of art and innovation
