The Role...
We are on the lookout for a customer-obsessed Support Representative to troubleshoot and guide our users and clients through a broad range of complex problems.
This role involves leveraging new technology to build processes that enhance efficiency and developing self-service opportunities for a seamless, first-class customer experience, swiftly unblocking users to continue their design journey on our platform
What you’ll do…
Assist users by answering their questions coming through various channels
Resolve customer queries, recommend solutions, and guide product users through features and functionalities
Troubleshoot - Login issues, user-reported bugs/issues encountered while using the Leonardo.Ai platform, billing/payment queries
Manage multiple customer cases simultaneously and provide timely and accurate customer feedback
Collaborate with technical and development teams to resolve platform-related problems

Skills we love…
Degree in computer science or information technology
Experience with Intercom, Stripe/Paddle advantageous
Prior experience in tech or web-based platform support
Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Solid knowledge of the product and issues that commonly arise
Ability to pivot and keep abreast of changes within a fast-paced tech start-up
