Staff Software Engineer, AI/ML
- Design and lead implementation of ML architectures across NLP, search, and extraction tasks
- Optimise performance of large-scale pipelines, models, and systems in production
- Partner with product, infra, and domain teams to align ML efforts with user needs
- Set engineering standards for experimentation, testing, and deployment
- Mentor engineers and contribute to hiring, technical direction, and team development
- Identify and evaluate emerging techniques in LLMs, embeddings, and applied AI
