You’ll consistently execute on initiatives that move the needle on revenue, whilst removing any blockers halting our growth.

Some previous projects have involved identifying new business opportunities, leading teams, and hiring talented people

2-6 years experience working within in a fast-paced environment (start-up, strategy consulting or investment banking for example)

You have a track record of being a top performer in several different areas

You are a hyper-logical and structured thinker

You can break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data to facilitate your work

You are curious in nature and passionate about making an impact. You can demonstrate this through various projects you have been involved in.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

You must be based in or willing to move to New York City.

Instant solves the biggest problem for online retailers. We don’t focus on vanity metrics, and instead our products drive significant volumes of additional revenue for ecommerce brands by bringing their lost shoppers back to convert.

We’re incredibly focused on our expansion into North America, with a fresh new 35 person office in New York. We’re rapidly expanding our team, operations, inbound marketing, enterprise sales, etc in region. If we can grow this quickly in Australia, just imagine once we crack our growth model in the US over this coming year.

Our US growth is really starting to ramp. In February and March this year (2025), we grew by $950k ARR. Majority of customers come to us through inbound marketing channels.

We recently raised $18M in Series A capital, led by Hummingbird Ventures. From first conversation to money in the bank in 10 days. This valued the business at over $100M in just over 2 years. You can read more about Hummingbird Ventures here.

Velocity of revenue growth and speed of execution are the two biggest signals of product-market fit. Comparing Instant to other startups, our velocity is phenomenal. Max Meyer at Blackbird, the biggest venture capital firm in Australia and investor in Instant said recently “The team's combination of blistering speed and steadfast vision has seen them deliver a brand new product that customers love in less than 12 months.
