We’re looking for a Creative/Digital Designer who thinks in systems but sweats the details! Someone who knows what great design looks like, knows how to bring it to life fast, and isn’t afraid to jump between web, marketing, and brand work. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be designing, iterating, and shipping at speed - with plenty of room to make your mark as we grow!

What you’ll do
Design and evolve our website, landing pages, and digital experiences
Create assets for campaigns, paid media, organic social, and email
Support sales, product and the wider team with beautifully branded decks, one-pagers, and collateral
Bring consistency and attention to detail across all brand touch points
Contribute to the development of our visual identity and design system
Work closely with developers, copywriters, and marketers to execute at speed
Shape how a fast-growing company shows up in the world
Own your work with autonomy, supported by a highly collaborative team
Move quickly, iterate often, and ship regularly in a fast-paced environment
Thrive in a tight-knit, low-ego culture that values good thinking, clear communication, and strong execution

What you’ll bring
At least 3 years designing in-house or agency-side, with a bonus if you’ve thrived in a high-growth SaaS startup or scale-up
A portfolio that demonstrates clear, modern design across digital platforms
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Strong layout, typography, and visual system skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-context environment with cross-functional teams
A practical mindset - you know when to aim for impact, and when to perfect the polish
