What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, MarTech, or E-Commerce SaaS, with a strong track record of closing complex deals.
  • Comfortable managing larger, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and motivated by ambitious goals
  • Collaborative, low ego, and open to feedback.
  • Confident in outbound prospecting and networking to generate enterprise opportunities.
  • Bring strategy, creativity, and resourcefulness together to solve complex challenges and make things happen.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle, leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals with large online retailers and e-commerce brands in the U.S.
  • Be the face of Instant at NYC and industry events, sparking conversations, building relationships, and uncovering strategic opportunities.
  • Drive pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and networking with senior executives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how Instant’s platform delivers measurable value.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that unlock growth and expansion opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to deliver tailored solutions and outcomes.
  • Consistently exceed targets and identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts.

The on-target earnings for this role are $210,000–$250,000 USD, with uncapped commission. This role is hybrid, based in our New York office on W 21ST, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)..
