As an Operations Manager at Instant, you’ll be at the heart of our highest-impact initiatives, partnering across leadership, product, engineering, sales, marketing, growth, and people to turn complex challenges into action. You’ll work within Operations and also take ownership of mission-critical special projects alongside our CEO and COO. You’re a sharp generalist who moves fast, brings clarity to messy problems, and builds systems that scale - no two weeks will look the same.

What You’ll Do:
- Own high-impact, cross-functional projects from idea to execution
- Partner with leadership (CEO/COO) on mission-critical initiatives
- Work across product, engineering, sales, marketing, and growth to remove bottlenecks
- Analyse data and generate insights to inform decisions
- Optimise core systems (e.g. CRM) and processes for scale
- Support sales and CS with reporting, lead lists, and operational insights
- Drive day-to-day business operations and execution
What You’ll Bring:
- 3–7+ years in operations, product, revenue ops, or similar high-ownership roles
- Experience in fast-growth startups - comfortable with ambiguity and speed
- Strong analytical skills and confidence with data and systems
- Proven track record of measurable business impact
- High ownership - proactive, execution-focused, and end-to-end project experience
- Clear communication and strong stakeholder management
- Comfort switching between strategic thinking and hands-on execution
The compensation range for this role is $130,000-$150,000 USD.
