We generate over 30% of a brands annualised revenue today, and we’re on the ambitious mission to become just as important as Meta for an ecommerce brand. After raising $30M+ to date from Blackbird, Hummingbird, Hubspot, etc we are in an exciting hyper-growth phase, expanding the business by over $1M in new revenue every month. We have 4 products in market, entering and hiring in new global regions, raised $30M+ by top VC’s, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling this velocity even further!
Instant is looking for a highly collaborative, strategic, and ambitious Account Executive to join our growing team as we continue to expand across the US. This is a pivotal role focused on leading high-value opportunities, driving new customer acquisition, and deepening Instant’s presence within the e-commerce and online retail space.
As a Account Executive, you’ll bring significant experience selling into online retail businesses and play an integral part in shaping our growth trajectory. You’re a skilled relationship-builder, trusted advisor, and proactive deal-maker who thrives in a fast-moving environment.
As an Account Executive at Instant, you will:
- Own the entire sales cycle, leading complex, high-value deals with major players in online retail and e-commerce
- Drive top-of-funnel pipeline generation, identifying and engaging new opportunities through strategic outreach and networking
- Represent Instant at key industry events, building relationships and uncovering new business potential
- Collaborate closely with a driven team to close significant accounts and fuel growth
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies, crafting tailored messaging that resonates with retail decision-makers
- Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts, building long-term partnerships and delivering measurable value
- Consistently achieve - and exceed - revenue targets, while identifying new opportunities across multiple channels
What you'll bring:
- Experience in a B2B MarTech, E-Commerce SaaS, or broader SaaS environment, with a strong track record of selling to online retailers or e-commerce businesses
- Skilled at managing full-cycle sales processes and confidently closing high-value deals
- Motivated by ambitious goals and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth setting
- Highly collaborative, low ego, and open to giving and receiving feedback to keep improving
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and always seeking creative ways to connect with new clients
- Proactive, strategic, and resourceful, with a solutions-oriented mindset
