Instant is building the world’s first AI-powered marketing manager, allowing ecommerce brands to run their marketing on autopilot. We generate over 30% of a brands annualised revenue, and have quickly become a very critical piece in their growth stack. After raising $30M+ to date from Blackbird, Hummingbird, Hubspot, etc we are in an exciting hyper-growth phase, expanding the business by over $1M in new revenue every month. We have 4 products in market, entering and hiring in new global regions, raised $30M+ by top VC’s, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling this velocity even further!

Instant is seeking a Product Manager to join our team, focused on building and scaling Instant AI. Over the past 12 months we’ve grown rapidly, with Instant AI already delivering meaningful revenue impact for brands across the industry. Our next phase is about taking what’s working and scaling it even further by building intelligent, self-serve experiences that allow any brand, anywhere, to activate world-class AI-driven marketing without friction.

We’re redefining how ecommerce brands run their marketing, using cutting-edge technology to automate, optimise and grow at a level that hasn’t been possible before. With some of the biggest brands in the industry already relying on Instant AI, you’ll play a key role in shaping how this platform evolves and scales globally.

As a Product Manager you will:

• Build a strong product roadmap with the main objective of sign-up conversion and user acquisition in mind.
• Research, strategise and execute on product opportunities to improve our overall self-serve experience, ensuring merchants have an incredible experience.
• Obsess over conducting continuous product and AI experiments to improve product adoption, performance and commercial outcomes
• You’ll work in a small squad (including engineers and designers) to design, build, scale and iterate on high-impact ideas end to end
