Instant is building the world’s first AI-powered marketing manager, allowing ecommerce brands to run their marketing on autopilot. We generate over 30% of a brands annualised revenue, and have quickly become a very critical piece in their growth stack. After raising $30M+ to date from Blackbird, Hummingbird, Hubspot, etc we are in an exciting hyper-growth phase, expanding the business by over $1M in new revenue every month. We have 4 products in market, entering and hiring in new global regions, raised $30M+ by top VC’s, and we want you to be a critical part of scaling this velocity even further!

This role supports the CEO and senior executives on key company initiatives. Special Projects are Instant’s general problem solvers, continuing to make Instant one of the fastest growing companies to exist. This person should be a master generalist and force multiplier, understanding business operations, able to execute across finance and legal projects, think strategically, as well as be a strong communicator and people leader, both internally and externally for Instant.

What you’ll do at Instant:

• Work alongside the CEO to execute on key problems, opportunities and initiatives, at speed. You’re a force multiplier towards what matters most.
• Identify and launch new growth/ revenue opportunities.
• Lead and take full ownership of mission critical initiatives.
• Solve difficult problems at speed, right across the business.
• Entirely own any key operating responsibilities that have been delegated to you.
• Bring clarity to the chaos, providing clear direction and motivation to the people you’re working with.
