We’re building the first AI-powered marketing manager for ecommerce. Currently in an exciting hyper-growth phase, expanding the business by over $1M in new revenue every month, with 4 products in market, entering and hiring in new global regions, having raised $30M+ from top VCs.
We’re looking for a strategic, ambitious Enterprise Account Executive to join our NYC team. This role is all about building and expanding high-value enterprise accounts in the e-commerce and online retail space, while shaping Instant’s presence in the U.S. market.
As an Enterprise AE, you’ll own complex deals, influence senior decision-makers, and drive real impact for Instant and our clients. You move fast, think strategically, know how to get in front of the right people, and bring deep industry knowledge to every conversation!
What You’ll Do:
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle, leading complex, multi-stakeholder deals with large online retailers and e-commerce brands in the U.S.
- Be the face of Instant at NYC and industry events, sparking conversations, building relationships, and uncovering strategic opportunities.
- Drive pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and networking with senior executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor, demonstrating how Instant’s platform delivers measurable value.
- Develop and execute account strategies that unlock growth and expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to deliver tailored solutions and outcomes.
- Consistently exceed targets and identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within enterprise accounts.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in enterprise B2B SaaS, MarTech, or E-Commerce SaaS, with a strong track record of closing complex deals.
- Comfortable managing larger, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and motivated by ambitious goals
- Collaborative, low ego, and open to feedback.
- Confident in outbound prospecting and networking to generate enterprise opportunities.
- Bring strategy, creativity, and resourcefulness together to solve complex challenges and make things happen.
