We’re looking for a growth-obsessed Growth Marketer to supercharge Instant’s inbound engine and push growth into overdrive. If you live and breathe paid media, move fast, and love turning insights into revenue - this is your playground! You’ll own our paid growth across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google, launching bold experiments, pushing creative boundaries, and scaling what works - fast.

What You’ll Do:

• Run and scale paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google to supercharge inbound growth in the US.
• Hit pipeline and revenue targets by moving fast, testing hard, and optimizing constantly.
• Build full-funnel paid strategies — from ad creative to landing pages — in hours, not days.
• Own our creative testing roadmap: write sharp copy, brief design like a pro, and ship ads that perform.
• Use data tools (Posthog, HubSpot, Ads Manager) to find insights, shift budgets, and squeeze every drop of ROI.
• Launch new growth plays - influencer collabs, newsletter buys, and Demand Gen experiments.
• Make our website convert like a machine by optimizing UX, boosting SEO, and drive organic growth.
• Partner with content to create assets that fuel campaigns and move prospects through the funnel.
• Run structured A/B tests and rapid-fire growth experiments - scale what works, ditch what doesn’t.
• Stay ahead of the curve with bold, first-mover tactics that push performance to the next level!

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven track record scaling B2B paid media (6–7 figures/month), ideally in SaaS - bonus for eComm or agency experience.
• Deep platform expertise: Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
• Owner’s mindset - treat every dollar like your own and consistently smash targets.
• Craft narratives that resonate and collaborate with design to deliver high-performing creative.
• Highly analytical - dive into Ads Manager, Posthog, and HubSpot to drive results.
• You constantly experiment, learn fast, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
• Thrive in scrappy startups! Adapt quickly, stay resilient, and love building from 0→1.
