We’ve raised our $10M Series A led by Australia’s largest VC firm, Blackbird Ventures and in the midst of our next raise, with an ambitious global go-to-market strategy starting with the US & UK.
Therefore, we’re hiring a Customer Success Associate in our London office to help onboard, train and support our customers in the UK.
What you’ll do
Empower our customer groups through onboarding, training and support processes to engage and activate clinicians, ensuring seamless integration of Heidi's tools into their workflows
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive engagement, adoption and retention
Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone, helping to resolve issues promptly
Monitor activation, drive adoption and deliver usage reports during deployment
Assist with enterprise-level rollouts, working closely with customer project leads to ensure seamless rollouts across large clinician / hospital groups
Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to constantly improve the product
Help scale and optimise our operational processes that support the above activities
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, support, product and the global ops team)
What we look for
Some experience in customer success, account management, or a similar field is great, but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-centric mindset - you’ll spend >60% of your time with customers, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and set up for success
Project management - managing multiple customers, priorities, and initiatives simultaneously
The ability to be adaptable and context-switch - you’ll run training sessions and interact with multiple customers across different clinician specialties / verticals
The ability to strike the right balance between proactiveness and reactiveness in an extremely fast paced environment
You’ve got a doer’s mentality - find a problem, own it, fix it

We’re almost always in-person, based in our London office
Experience in healthcare is great, but not required
Attitude is more important than experience so if you are a hungry, competitive and highly motivated operator who has a knack for problem solving and building relationships we want to hear from you.
