About Your Role

Harrison.ai is building the technology that unlocks infinite medical capacity: AI that reads a scan the moment it's taken so nothing is missed, with the clinician always in control. Our US teleradiology business, delivered through Frontier Radiology, is one of the fastest-growing parts of the company, and we're looking for a growth marketer to put fuel behind it.

In this role you'll own growth marketing for our teleradiology business, driving demand across two connected revenue engines: (1) hospital and health-system service contracts, and (2) radiologist recruitment. You'll take an already-successful inbound SEO engine and grow, track and compound it; build multi-channel digital campaigns that generate both service opportunities and radiologist interest; and enrich, segment and activate target data so the right leads reach recruiters and sales at the right time.

This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who operates like a team of one, using modern AI tooling to do the work that used to take a whole team, and inventing channels and campaigns rather than running a playbook. You'll be the marketing conduit between recruiters, sales and events, building one measurable plan and mapping every dollar of activity back to contracts signed and radiologists hired.

What You Do:

  • Own and scale our teleradiology inbound/SEO engine. The channel already generates qualified leads weekly; your job is to grow it, instrument it end-to-end, and compound it.

  • Design and run multi-channel digital campaigns that drive (1) Frontier service opportunities with hospitals and health systems, and (2) radiologist recruitment interest, across paid, social, search, and audience-specific channels (e.g. proximity, residency/graduate programs).

  • Enrich, segment and activate target data (including radiologist databases and prospect lists), then route qualified, well-prioritised leads to recruiters and sales.

  • Be the marketing conduit to the recruiting team, sales and events. Build a single, measurable marketing plan across campaigns and events, and map activity back to hard outcomes: contracts signed and radiologists placed.

  • Use AI tooling hands-on to produce campaigns, assets, copy and analytics yourself, at the speed and volume of a much larger team.

  • Report performance and insight clearly to marketing, sales and leadership, and reallocate effort quickly toward what's working.

  • Design and orchestrate targeted ABM campaigns for strategic accounts, with emphasis on 1:1 and 1:few approaches.

  • Extend and adapt foundational product marketing messages and basic assets into fully-developed, segment-specific campaign materials, including creating slides, email copy, social content, and sales enablement materials with minimal guidance.

  • Partner with sales, CS and product teams to identify opportunities and ensure ABM initiatives directly support account growth objectives, accelerating prospect-to-pipeline velocity.

  • Own campaign operations: manage timelines, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of campaigns; ensure components around campaigns (emails, landing pages, content offers) are built, tested, and deployed effectively.

What You Bring:

We're optimising for ceiling and behaviours, not years or pedigree. The strongest candidate is hungry, ambitious, intellectually curious and thinks outside the box, someone who can independently take an initiative from idea to result. Radiology or healthcare familiarity is a plus.

  • A track record of scrappy, full-stack digital execution: you build and ship campaigns, landing pages, SEO, copy and analytics yourself.

  • Evidence of novel, outside-the-box campaigns or channels, not just competent execution of a standard playbook.

  • AI-native by default: you already use AI tooling to multiply your own output, and you're excited to push it further.

  • Comfortable owning a number and reasoning from data, connecting marketing activity to pipeline and hires.

  • Thrives with autonomy, ambiguity and a fast tempo; raises their own bar as results improve.

  • Deep knowledge of demand generation methods and multi-channel campaign execution.

  • Fluency with digital growth tools (SEO, paid social/search, marketing automation, CRM, enrichment). Depth matters more than a specific stack.

Nice to have skills and characteristics:

  • Experience marketing in teleradiology, radiology, medical imaging, or a two-sided/recruitment-driven healthcare business.

  • Experience growing an inbound/SEO channel.

  • Experience building marketing programs for new product categories or innovations.
