About Your Role
We're seeking an exceptional Product Marketing Director to drive our B2B go-to-market strategy. This high-impact individual contributor role offers significant growth potential to lead a team as we scale. You'll be the strategic storyteller who transforms complex AI capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare professionals and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate is a data-driven storyteller with exceptional writing abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments, operates with an 80/20 mindset, and bridges cutting-edge AI technology with real-world healthcare applications.
What You Do:
Strategic Messaging & Positioning
Identify opportunities to create market-making moments, bringing together Growth, Sales, and Customer Success to build compelling campaigns that drive consideration and differentiation,
Develop Harrison.ai's core value proposition and messaging frameworks that translate complex AI capabilities into clear business value for radiologists and pathologists,
Craft compelling product narratives, differentiated positioning, and audience insights that drive awareness, activation, and adoption of Harrison.ai's core products,
Build comprehensive customer personas across various segments and buyers, and
Collaborate with Brand and Growth Marketing to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth
Design and execute world-class sales enablement programs including battle cards, sales narratives, objection handling guides, case studies, whitepapers, and conference presentations
Establish feedback loops between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Clinical teams to continuously optimize messaging
Partner with Sales leadership on account-based marketing strategies for enterprise healthcare systems
Contribute to pricing and packaging strategy
Product Launch Excellence
Drive product launches and marketing moments that generate pipeline and grow adoption, enabling both sales-led and product-led growth motions
Lead cross-functional launch planning across Product, Engineering, Sales, Clinical, and Marketing teams
Create launch assets and build scalable processes that support Harrison.ai's rapid product development cycle
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities in the medical AI landscape
Gather and synthesize customer feedback, win/loss analysis, and market trends to inform product and go-to-market strategy
Partner with Product and Research teams to ensure market insights drive product roadmap decisions
Monitor healthcare industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies
What You Bring:
7-10 years marketing experience with minimum 6 years in product marketing roles
Proven track record in B2B healthcare technology, preferably enterprise software for healthcare providers
Expert storyteller and content creator with ability to build robust enablement programs using diverse sales tools and tactics
Quantifiable impact on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue growth
Cross-functional collaboration skills managing stakeholders across technical and commercial teams
Fast-paced startup experience driving results in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
Nice to have skills and characteristics:
Experience marketing enterprise software to physicians, radiologists, or pathologists
Background in AI/ML product marketing or emerging technology sectors
Healthcare industry knowledge including clinical workflows and regulatory environment
Account-based marketing experience for healthcare enterprise sales
Track record building and scaling product marketing functions
MBA from top tier business school
