There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do.Collaborate with senior and lead engineers to prepare, draft, and revise documentation required for launch and satellite-related approvals.Serve as a key liaison between Gilmour Space and regulatory bodies including the Australian Space Agency, CASA, environmental agencies, and other authorities.Respond to regulator queries and provide timely, accurate, and technically informed feedback.Attend regular meetings with regulators alongside engineering representatives to support alignment and project approvals.Negotiate and resolve regulatory issues, maintaining a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach.Assist in the coordination and tracking of regulatory approval processes.Ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks.Maintain a strong working knowledge of relevant legislation, standards, and regulatory frameworks applicable to space launch and satellite operations.Perform additional duties as requested by the Chief of Staff, to whom this position reports.Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience:High school certificate or equivalent.Demonstrated experience working with regulators, particularly in technical or highly regulated industries.Desired Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Background in law, policy, or regulatory compliance preferred.Previous experience interacting with government or space industry regulatory bodies (e.g., ASA, CASA, environmental authorities).Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements in a technical context.Strong attention to detail and document control practices.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Collaborative team player with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.How to Apply:If you are a proactive team player with a passion to get Australia to space and a desire to succeed, please apply now by clicking the apply button and including your resume and cover letter or head to our website: CAREER | Gilmour Space Technologies | Rocket launch provider (gspace.com).
