We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada.

We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support.

You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions.

We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries.

We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally.

We hope that's you.

About the role (What you’ll be doing)

We are looking for a Planning & Procurement Manager to build and lead the Planning and Procurement functions at Eucalyptus AU as the business scales and integrates the Hims & Hers portfolio. This is a hands-on, building role. You will be expected to delve into the detail in areas that need focus building the structure from the ground up — running negotiations, designing frameworks, and leading the S&OP cycle — while also stepping back to lead the function and develop your direct report. It also comes with a people management responsibility (one direct report: the Supply & Product Planner), and developing that person well is genuinely important — but the role is clearly weighted towards hands-on execution. The right candidate is a senior operator who still wants to be close to the work: equally comfortable drafting a supplier contract and presenting category strategy to the leadership team. This is not a role for someone who has moved primarily into oversight and is looking to stay there. The role works closely with the Head of Supply Chain & Fulfilment, the Supply Chain Team, Commercial, Clinical, Legal & Compliance, and external supplier partners. Two things shape how the role operates. First, commercial strategy is set by the Commercial team — this role partners with Commercial to understand it and builds an aligned category and planning strategy on top of it. Second, the Supply & Product Planner (your direct report) owns supply and inventory planning, new product development, and packaging — you set their direction, support their development, and personally own the procurement and planning work at a senior level yourself.

As our Planning & Procurement Manager, you will:

  • Design and build the Planning & Procurement operating model — personally establish the frameworks, structures and processes that both functions run on: how procurement decisions are made and governed, how the S&OP cycle connects to supplier management and category strategy, how inventory and demand signals flow into procurement decisions, and how the function’s work connects to Commercial and Clinical priorities. You are building the operating model from scratch — this is hands-on design and implementation work, not a delegated project.
  • Build and personally run the S&OP process — design and lead the monthly S&OP cycle yourself, bringing together commercial demand signals, inventory positions, supplier performance, and supply constraints. Ensure the process generates decision-quality outputs for the Head of SC and Commercial stakeholders. Work with the Supply & Product Planner to ensure their inventory and supply planning inputs feed the cycle correctly, and evolve the process over time as the business grows.
  • Build the category strategy in partnership with Commercial — partner with the Commercial team to understand the commercial strategy they own, and translate it into an aligned category sourcing and negotiation strategy across Eucalyptus AU’s product categories — personally defining the negotiation levers (volume commitments, MOQs, payment terms, multi-year agreements) that secure competitive landed costs, and leveraging Hims & Hers’ existing global supplier relationships while negotiating terms appropriate for Australian volumes, lead times, and market requirements.
  • Own supplier performance and quarterly business reviews — personally run structured QBRs with strategic suppliers, set and track performance scorecards across quality, service, cost, and lead-time reliability, and lead formal performance improvement plans where suppliers fall short of agreed standards — feeding this into the S&OP cadence as a core input.
  • Design the supply-risk and contracting framework with Legal — build the framework for identifying and mitigating supply risk across categories (single-source dependencies, lead-time volatility, import and biosecurity exposure), establish the contracting standards, templates, and approval flows in partnership with Legal and Compliance, and ensure all products meet Australian labelling standards and ARTG-compliant requirements, with import duties and biosecurity obligations managed for inbound product.
  • Own new product and category launches — partner with Commercial and Clinical on new product lines and personally own the procurement and supply side of bringing them to market: TGA/ARTG registration readiness from a supply standpoint, supplier onboarding and readiness, and launch stock planning. Work closely with the Supply & Product Planner, who supports the operational execution of NPD, while you hold the strategic and commercial accountability.
  • Manage and develop the Supply & Product Planner — manage, coach and develop your direct report, who owns supply and inventory planning, new product development, and packaging development and sourcing. Set a clear development plan, provide regular feedback grounded in radical candour, and create the conditions for them to do their best work and grow — this is an important part of the role, even if the balance sits more heavily toward your own hands-on execution.
  • Coach the broader team and raise the bar — as a senior person in the Supply Chain function, practise radical candour, set the quality standard for how the function sources and plans, and model inclusive ways of working across the team and with cross-functional partners.

About you (Who you are)

  • 6+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain planning, ideally within FMCG, pharma, healthcare, or another regulated consumer-goods environment, with a track record of owning a category or function end-to-end.
  • A hands-on operator who is energised by working in the detail as much as by the strategy — you design the framework and you build it. You are equally comfortable in a supplier negotiation and in front of a leadership team, and the right fit is someone who still wants to be close to the work, not someone looking to step back from execution.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and building procurement or planning frameworks, operating models, and processes from scratch — not just operating within frameworks others have set.
  • Comfortable designing and running an S&OP process; hands-on experience with supply and demand planning is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing or coaching others; a track record of developing less experienced team members is important given this is a people manager role.
  • A proven commercial negotiator who has designed and delivered category strategies and measurable outcomes — not just run tenders under a defined process.
  • Strong working knowledge of Australian import, labelling, and regulatory requirements; familiarity with TGA/ARTG registration processes is desirable.
  • Analytical and fluent with cost, margin, and inventory data; hands-on experience with ERP and procurement systems is advantageous.
  • A collaborative cross-functional partner who can translate commercial strategy into category plans, and bring multiple stakeholders along without direct authority over them.
  • Resilient and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-scaling, post-acquisition environment as the product portfolio and supplier base evolve.
