We're the world's leading consumer healthcare platform, supporting millions of patients across the US, Australia, the UK, Germany, Japan, Spain and Canada.

We're driven by the belief that good health should last a lifetime, and that to get there we need to deliver the personalised, high quality and empathetic care that the traditional system cannot support.

You'll partner with our care teams of prescribers, nurses, health coaches, pharmacists and dietitians to support patients across preventative health, weight management and specific women's and men's health conditions.

We joined Hims & Hers so that you can do all of the above on a bigger scale, with more ambition, a stronger global brand and the resources to deliver care to patients in dozens of countries.

We're looking for people who appreciate and are excited by the enormity and uniqueness of this challenge, and want to work in the most ambitious, smart, fast moving and positive sum environment of their lives to transform how healthcare is delivered globally.

We hope that's you.

About the role (What you'll be doing)

We are looking for a men’s health doctor to join the team, as one of the first doctors.

Impact: This role is to be one of the first doctors on a new men’s health service we are starting. You will be integral to the successful launch of the business, and involved in how we scale the service.

The role is to be a consulting doctor, setting the standard for empathetic and high quality care in the service. You will work directly with our expert advisors and the UK Medical Director to ensure the highest standards of care are met. You'll help scale safe, patient-centred men's healthcare. You'll report to the UK Medical Director.

  • Review, and interpret pathology (including hormone panels), and monitor patients for treatment response and adverse effects over time.

  • Prescribe and manage ongoing care in line with Eucalyptus & Hims & Hers clinical protocols
  • Provide responsive follow-up care, answering patient queries when needed with the patient care team
  • Provide adjustment to patients plans when needed, ensure men feel safe and supported on their journey.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver joined-up, high-quality care at scale.
  • Contribute to clinical governance, refining protocols, strengthen safety practices, and raise the standard of men's health care across the clinic.
  • You will get a chance to work with global experts in men’s health, and be part of an exciting world class clinical team
