About Eucalyptus

We’re making good health last a lifetime

Eucalyptus (or 'Euc' for short) is an Australian-founded digital healthcare company on a mission to solve the world's biggest healthcare challenges.

What we have achieved so far

  • Launched 5 clinically tailored brands and facilitated over 100,000 monthly active medical consultations worldwide ( Juniper, Pilot, Kin, Software, & Compound)
  • Built a team of approaching 700 Eucalypts in 6 countries (🇦🇺🇬🇧🇩🇪🇯🇵🇵🇭🇿🇦) consisting of medical practitioners, engineers, operators and many more functions!
  • Raised over US$100M funding from the same investors who backed Canva, Uber, and AirBnB.

What’s next?

We’re going to build the world’s largest international digital healthcare company.

In the next 3 years, our goal is to support 1 million patients globally - to live better for longer - by launching into new conditions, demographics and geographies as we move towards our vision of creating a preventative healthcare ecosystem.

About the role

This role will drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of Eucalyptus' Men's Health Brand Pilot. You’ll partner closely with the Pilot General Manager and cross-functionally across Patient Experience, Medical Operations, Product, and Analytics to solve complex operational and strategic problems — from identifying new growth levers, owning commercial analysis and improving patient experiences. You’ll own end-to-end delivery, from defining the problem to implementing solutions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Translate Pilot’s priorities into actionable, measurable project plans
  • Own key commercial metrics: retention %, revenue, order size and customer value
  • Drive operational improvements that enhance patient experience and business performance
  • Deliver data-backed recommendations to inform decision-making
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships to align on initiatives and timelines
  • Support Pilot’s GM with commercial strategy, business case development, and key decisions
  • Identify and launch new commercial opportunities (e.g. new treatments, Rx offerings)
  • Develop and implement pricing and promotional strategies

About you (Who you are)

  • 3-5 years of experience in commercial strategy, business operations, or strategy management, ideally with exposure to startups, D2C, or fast-growing tech companies
  • Proven track record of delivering impactful commercial projects end-to-end, from problem definition through execution
  • Strong analytical and data literacy skills—comfortable processing datasets, identifying patterns, and translating data into strategic recommendations
  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders and teams to drive strategic initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically while maintaining strong execution discipline
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with clarity of thought
