About the role (What you’ll be doing)
We’re looking for a talented Growth Marketing Manager to drive our growth in Germany. With 2–4 years of experience, you’ll bring both creativity and analytical thinking to the table — building high-performing landing pages, crafting user tests, and creating ad copies that capture attention across Meta and Google. If you love experimenting, iterating fast, and turning ideas into measurable results, this role is for you.
As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will:
- Optimise paid media campaigns for Facebook, Google Search etc. by supporting campaign and Ad setup and monitoring performance
- Conduct user research and analyze user behavior
- Implement build new landing pages across our funnel from optimised channel pages to in-funnel quizzes
- Run A/B tests across our funnel to improve conversion rates - from Landing Pages to our Checkout and post-conversion
- Maintain an efficient testing loop - sharing key insights to develop and find outperforming marketing performance
- Derive key insights from analytics platforms like Google Analytics & Launch Darkly (e.g.)
- Own and drive CRM for Juniper Germany
- Stay on top of industry best practice across channel and creative, and promote best-in-class performance marketing methodology within the company
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on new creative ideas
- Work with the Head of Growth on supporting the business by preparing presentations, presenting experiment outcomes and supporting on weekly meetings
About You (Who We’re Looking For)
Essentials
- 2-4+ years experience in performance marketing or a customer acquisition role for direct-to-consumer brands, bonus points for healthcare
- Fluency in German and English — you’ve got excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex issues in a simple way.
- Creative and analytical mindset — strong writing skills paired with ease of working with data to guide decision-making
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn — you take ownership and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Strong cross-functional collaborator — able to work effectively with different teams, and international teams in different time zones
- Clear communicator of insights and impact — can translate results, findings, and opportunities into actionable next steps, backed by data
- Comfortable with digital marketing tools — familiar with platforms like Figma, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and similar
Bonus points if you have:
- Previous experience in a start-up / hyper-growth environment (digital health and/or e-commerce is a plus)
- Experience writing or designing creatives for ads
- Exposure to tools like Customer.io or LaunchDarkly
