To complement the growth of our content, we’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Content Producer who is well-versed in editing and motion graphics/animation, who can hit the ground running to bring a world of creative expertise and execution to our revamped product lines!

As a Senior Digital Content Producer, you will:
- Collaborate with content leads and SMEs to plan and produce high-quality videos, animations, and digital content that are engaging, effective and pedagogically aligned.
- Work alongside other internal stakeholders to identify and deliver on new and existing ideas for impactful multimedia content.
- Refine the creative process for digital content by developing concepts, storyboards, and assets that realise Edrolo’s future ambitions and initiatives.
- Support the production of high-quality and brand-aligned multimedia assets, including videos, graphics, animations, publications, and interactive experiences, for a range of internal and external channels.
- Ensure the timely delivery of digital content, striking a balance between efficiency without compromising quality.
- Bring your expertise to the table and proactively support and teach other team members to improve their professional production skills.
- Foster effective working relationships with colleagues / SMEs / stakeholders using your exemplary communication skills.
- Work alongside the team to upload and maintain new digital content on our LMS as it is completed.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- A Degree with substantial subsequent relevant experience; or
- An equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training and specialist knowledge or broad knowledge in a production environment;
- Proven experience in video content creation, digital media production, animation, or a related field, with 7+ years of demonstrated experience in producing high-quality digital content, including videos, animations, and graphics, preferably within the marketing, communication, or corporate/education sector.
- Advanced proficiency in video production (filming, editing, and post-production (including audio and grading)), animation, and motion graphics using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator), with the ability to create engaging and visually appealing content for diverse platforms.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality content on time, and working collaboratively with various stakeholders.
- A portfolio that shows a strong sense of visual storytelling and design for impact.

A few nice-to-haves, but not required:
- Prior experience in the teaching/learning space and/or an understanding of multimedia best practices for learners
- Operational experience for setting up and running live streams and/or podcasts
- Directing talent in a studio environment (including the use of teleprompters)
- Knowledge of camera, audio, and lighting setups
