About the Role:
We are seeking a Renewals Specialist to drive our efforts in managing and renewing contracts
across key markets. This important role will be vital in achieving our growth objectives and ensuring
continued success with our clients, helping maintain a strong presence and alignment with our
strategic goals.
The Renewals Specialist will play a key role in identifying and capitalizing on renewal opportunities.
By focusing on the unique needs of our clients, they will help tailor our renewal strategies and
offerings to enhance customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
What You'll Do At CYBLE:
- Ensure Maintenance Contracts are renewed prior to expiration, engage with sales representatives, internal sales counterparts, Global Account Managers, partners and customers on all aspects of the sales cycle, from quotation to closure.
- Ensure systems are in sync with customer reality to enable correct entitlement.
- Educate global account team on maintenance policies.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Account management of specified accounts and develop and manage customer relationships, positioning to each customer to protect & grow revenue streams.
- Meet set targets for revenue, retention rates.
- Preparation of renewal orders in accordance with customer contracts and business practices.
- Sales forecasts - providing accurate forecasts for allocated territories.
What You’ll Need:
- 5+ years sales experience, within the renewal space.
- Must be from Cyber Security Domain/Industry.
- English and preferably additional language
- Proven Success within Renewals.
- Deliver compelling, customized presentations to ensure customers are enthusiastic about what we provide and can clearly see the value and differentiators in what we offer
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively and proactively within a cross-functional team environment, working alongside management, field sales, implementation, and other internal stakeholders to drive the renewal process to a successful conclusion
- Maintains timely and accurate records of all interactions with customers and internal departments via proprietary CRM and weekly meetings, providing detailed feedback and recommended next steps
