The RoleWe’re looking for a Social & Marketing Manager to become the voice of Clove and a driving force behind our next phase of organic growth. You’ll shape how the world discovers Clove — and play a key role in helping us reach ambitious growth goals.
In this role, you’ll:
- Own Clove’s voice across key channels: our website, Instagram, TikTok, email, and WhatsApp community
- Develop and execute our organic growth strategy, with a strong focus on growing reach and engagement via social, content, creators, SEO and community
- Create engaging, high-performing content for Instagram and TikTok — including planning calendars, making lo-fi content, and running creator collabs
- Write compelling, on-brand copy across social, email, landing pages, and product campaigns
- Coordinate marketing content for launches, partnerships, and features
- Work closely with the founders and content/product teams to tell Clove’s story in ways that drive real traction
- Track performance across organic channels, report on what’s working, and use insights to improve and grow
- Understand and report on attribution across channels — using tools like Google Analytics, Amplitude, Meta and manual tracking to tie organic marketing efforts to product growth
- You’re a creative, strategic storyteller with a sharp eye for brand and tone
- You’ve grown social accounts (especially TikTok and Instagram) and know how to create thumb-stopping lo-fi content
- You’re obsessed with organic growth — and have a track record of making it happen through content, storytelling, and community
- You’re confident working with creators and influencers to build reach and trust
- You work quickly and independently, and thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- You use AI tools to move faster, write smarter, and do more with less
- You’re comfortable digging into performance metrics, using analytics to guide decisions, and iterating based on data
- You have a basic understanding and technical skills in SEO
- You’ve worked across organic marketing, SEO, social, copywriting, and community building
- You’re excited to help shape and grow a new consumer brand from the ground up
