We're now building a focused onboarding and support motion — delivered live over phone and video — to help more practices get up and running fast and fall in love with Carepatron.

About the Role
As a Customer Onboarding & Support Specialist, you'll be the friendly human face of Carepatron for our US customers. This is a phone- and video-first role — you'll guide new practices through onboarding on live calls, answer questions in real time, and make sure every customer feels confident and supported from day one.
This is not a "step into an existing process" role. You'll help build the onboarding and support playbook from the ground up — the call flows, the walkthroughs, the follow-up cadences — and set the standard for what world-class, human support looks like at Carepatron.
Success means customers who activate quickly, get value fast, and stay — and a growing library of repeatable onboarding and support motions behind them.
What You'll Do
Core Responsibilities
- Run new-customer onboarding sessions and product walkthroughs over phone and video.
- Be the first point of contact for inbound support — resolving questions and issues in real time with patience and care.
- Proactively check in with customers to drive activation, adoption, and early value.
- Manage follow-up sequences to re-engage stalled setups and nurture at-risk accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Success, and Product for smooth handoffs and fast issue resolution.
- Track, measure, and optimise activation, response times, and customer satisfaction.
Strategic Contributions
- Provide real-time feedback on onboarding friction, common questions, and product gaps.
- Share customer insights and themes with Product, Support, and Marketing.
- Help shape the culture, process, and DNA of Carepatron's onboarding and support function.
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in customer onboarding, support, or success — ideally in B2B SaaS, delivered over phone and video.
- Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- A warm, confident phone and video presence — you're comfortable leading live calls and demos.
- Strong listening skills, genuine empathy, and the patience to guide non-technical users.
- High resilience — you iterate fast, learn fast, and stay calm under pressure.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building workflows from scratch.
- Familiarity with practice management software or healthcare technology is a plus.
