🧭 About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across our global customer base.

This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor role with real ownership. You’ll work closely with customers throughout their lifecycle — from onboarding and early activation through to long-term adoption, retention, and advocacy. You’ll also act as a trusted internal voice for customers, partnering closely with Product, Support, and GTM teams.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success
  • Guide customers to value quickly through structured onboarding and best-practice workflows
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities using customer health signals and usage data
  • Drive product adoption and long-term retention across a diverse customer base
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex customer issues
  • Partner with Product and Support to translate customer feedback into actionable improvements
  • Contribute to customer education initiatives, playbooks, and scalable CS processes
  • Support renewals, expansions, and advocacy initiatives (case studies, references, feedback loops)
  • Help shape how Customer Success operates as Carepatron continues to scale

🎯 About You

  • 7+ years experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing SaaS role
  • Experience working with B2B SaaS customers, ideally in healthcare, healthtech, or regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of customer success metrics (adoption, churn, retention, NPS, health scores)
  • Confident communicator who builds trust quickly with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities
  • Enjoys being hands-on and solving complex problems
  • Thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Genuinely motivated by improving customer outcomes and making healthcare better
