Help us redefine Healthcare Design

At Carepatron, we’re building the future of healthcare, one thoughtfully designed experience at a time. We empower clinicians and patients through intuitive, secure, and scalable software. By removing complexity from healthcare workflows, we’re helping people focus more on care and less on admin.

We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer who thrives at the intersection of craft and strategy. Someone who’s not just designing interfaces, but shaping product direction. You’ll be hands-on, on the tools every day while also applying strategic and systems thinking to guide our product toward the future. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and clinical advisors, turning complex workflows into simple, human-centered experiences that scale.

This isn’t a people management role, you’ll lead by example, through design excellence, product insight, and clear thinking.

Why Carepatron?

  • Purpose-driven: You’ll design tools that genuinely improve people’s lives.
  • Flexible: Work remotely across NZT/AET timezones with async-friendly collaboration.
  • Supportive culture: Work closely with designers, PMs, and engineers who value quality and autonomy.
  • Impact-focused: We’re small enough for your work to make a visible difference, but stable and growing fast.
  • Benefits: Flexible hours and an ESOP share-based benefits plan with Carepatron.
