We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer to architect and deliver the next generation of multi-agent AI systems in healthcare. You’ll design agent-based architectures that coordinate specialised AI capabilities—reasoning, planning, task automation, and information retrieval—into seamless, reliable workflows. These systems will operate within the complexity of real-world healthcare environments, integrating data, context, and user intent to take meaningful actions autonomously.

What you'll do

• Deliver production ready AI – Design robust, scalable system architectures—including multi-agent and distributed AI components—and ensure they integrate seamlessly with our platform.
• Maintain high standards – Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code, conduct thorough code reviews, and mentor other engineers to uphold high engineering standards.
• Experiment with AI technologies – evaluate, prototype, and integrate cutting-edge tools into our platform and products
• Stay curious – about emerging AI and health tech trends, bringing fresh ideas to drive innovation

Skills and experience

• 7+ years of experience developing and architecting large scale software solutions.
• Advanced experience in .Net, Python, or Typescript.
• Advanced experience in data storage systems like SQL, NoSQL
• Experience integrating and deploying AI models in production environments.
• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Search and retrieval solutions (e.g., Elasticsearch etc).
• Experience with agentic frameworks.
• Advanced experience in .Net, SQL, Docker, or Typescript.
